A day experiencing ‘Personal Reflection Outdoors’,
with the option of staying in the Yurt the previous night.

For a select few who will brave whatever the weather has in store - But with the wood burner this is hardly 'roughing it', these are designed for the Mongolian Steppe after all. Mind you who knows what lurks in the wilds near Cotgrave...

Exploring Personal Reflection Outdoors invites people to experience new skills, value new and old ways of looking at things and recognise positive role models within ourselves.

In an outdoor setting, it focuses on creating memories, posing questions and setting seeds for change. This will be a small and informal workshop based around mutual learning and just designed to cover costs at £25 per head - including midday meal and hot drinks - and a fire!

The day encourages people to:
- Learn some outdoor skills
- How to reflect, what it means and feels like, just being quiet
- Reading emotions and expressing them in ways that feel comfortable
- Relaxing within yourself and accepting yourself as you are
