The theme for the February, March, April and May sessions is:
"Responsive Yielding"

February session inspired by Japanese Butoh with Adriana Pegorer

"In the 'Tango Lesson' movie by Sally Potter the dancer says: 'you have to be fast to be slow, you have to be slow to be quick: everything is from the past and you have to throw it all away...!'. Butoh has provided me with some useful tools to attempt to dance the quality of this statement"

Adriana has trained intensively in Butoh since 2002 with Masaki Iwana at La Maison du Butoh Blanche (France). She performed in his piece 'Sanctuary' for the International Festival of Butoh Dance in 2005 and performed her tango with Butoh solos in New York, London and Milan. She has additionally trained with Katsura Kan, Atsushi Takenouchi and Marie Gabrielle Rotie.

March session inspired by Feldenkrais with guest teacher.
April session inspired by Aikido with guest teacher.
May session inspired by Meditation with guest teacher.

2-3.30 pm Class
3.30-5 pm Jam/Practica sharing the space to dance, observe, relax...
