Samba & Stomp Style Workshops at Wollaston School

Whilst the sun is shining it's good to see superb Samba workshops going down a treat at Wollaston School in Northampton.

Workshop Network Leader Ollie Tunmer was engaged over two days to work with the participants and their brand new Samba Percussion Kit, Ollie taught a number of rhythms and techniques for creating ensemble Samba style percussion pieces. I'm sure there were a few funky moves thrown in for good measure too.

Here's a snippet of feedback from the workshop organiser Andrea Whiting.

"Just wanted to thank you for sending us Ollie – he was fantastic. Both the students and staff had a wonderful time and lots of people just tried to get in on the action. He created a real buzz around the school and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Please pass on my thanks and I hope we can book for more activities in the future."
