CRB Checks
All workshop Network artists have been CRB checked. It is a workshop host's responsibility to ensure that an artist's identification is verified if deemed necessary.

Bookings
Sending the booking form is not a confirmation and is considered to be a provisional agreement. Exact times and dates will be discussed with a Workshop Network team member.

For Artists

Cost
The cost of registering on this website, is £69.99 for the first year. Over 50% of this fee is spent performing a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check on your behalf.

Registration
By registering with Workshop Network, you agree to be invoiced £69.99 and consent to having a CRB check performed on your behalf. Workshop Network is unable to support artists who have a negative CRB check. Should this situation arise, you will be refunded your registration fee, less the cost of the CRB check.

Profile Clearance
Once a positive CRB check has been returned and payment cleared, you will be issued with a user name and password, which will allow you to access your profile online, changing details and adding images.

Responsibility
It is an artist’s responsibility to inform Workshop Network if anything occurs that would void or endanger their CRB clearance.

Details
Workshop Network will handle all elements of the booking process on your behalf and kindly request that you do not publish your own contact details (Address, Telephone Numbers, Website address, Email addresses) within your profile.

Account Suspension
Workshop Network reserve the right to amend or, in some cases, suspend your account, should you be found to breach these terms.

Bookings
When Workshop Network receive a booking on your behalf, you will be contacted by an administrator to finalise the arrangements for your workshop.

Public Liability Insurance
Workshop Network does not insist its artists carry public liability insurance. We do monitor who is covered and the particulars of their cover. This information will be made available as part of the booking process only. If evidence of an artist cover is requested as part of the booking process this can be given from our records.
